As everyone now knows there is going to be a significant tax rise come 2011, as VAT moves from its current rate of 17.5% to 20%.

Here at ABM Solicitors we will continue to ensure the best quality of service at the most competitive prices and we will now be quoting all costs for private cases inclusive of VAT whether that is at the current 17.5% or the new 20% rate, so that we absorb the cost for you and keep your expenses down.

We will ensure that you are getting the very best value for money without the confusion of having to add VAT on at the end. When writing to you we will set out the fee plus VAT to give the quoted fee that you will receive either by telephone, email or any other media.
