Care Case Triumph As Mother Reunited With Her Four Children
Posted by A B Marsh Solicitors on 21st November 2011 to Company and Family
A B Marsh Solicitors Care Department are pleased to announce yet another success in their representation of parents in care proceedings where children have been removed by the Local Authority.
Social Services may remove children from the care of their parents for many reasons, which range from various instances of physical abuse to neglect and capability issues. In the last twelve months whilst there has been a rise in the number of care cases being instigated following the Baby P case, A B Marsh Solicitors have continued to represent parents in their fight to have children returned to their care and can boast one of the best records for success in this area.
Whilst details cannot be published of the individuals involved, as the anonymity of children would be at stake, Andrew Marsh was able to confirm that yet again the Care Department have been successful this time in reuniting four children with their mother. This had been a neglect case where, with the assistance and support and guidance of A B Marsh Solicitors, the mother has been able to turn round an almost impossible situation so that now she has been commended in Court by the Justices for her hard work and quality as a parent.
The same endorsement was given to her by the child’s Solicitor and the Children’s Guardian, who was independently appointed by the Court. A B Marsh Solicitors are particularly delighted for the mother and of course the children.
